We used her service to find a nanny for our toddlers. In retrospect, we picked the wrong nanny for our needs and did not have a good experience; to the detriment of our kids. This was no fault of Gold’s. Her calming reassurance has been great through this frustrating process. We needed a break from the search and she was amenable to this. At no additional cost, she provided access to a babysitter as well. She also offered her services for next year when we need a summer nanny. Wow!
