Before founding the Belle Maison Agency, Gold spent many years serving corporate clients as a respected and award-winning financial advisor than to moved onto service high-profile domestic clients as a personal assistant and estate manager. This included providing 24/7 care, being entrusted with critical financial accounts, and maintaining the utmost discretion in handling individual and estate resources.  Such work required intensive logistical oversight, strategic management, and interpersonal communication—a powerful combination of skills which she now employs on behalf of families seeking premier domestic staffing solutions.  In addition, she is the founding owner of Riveter Consulting Group which specializes in Relocation and Organization in addition to Estate and Residential Advisory Services.

Gold holds a B.S. in Management from Park University and achieved certification as a top-graduating Marine Corps Paralegal.  She also holds a Series 6, 63,  life license and a financial consultant registration. She remains heavily involved in the Southern California community,  tirelessly contributing her time and energy to numerous nonprofits and child enrichment organizations.

Jeslie Martinez

Head of Domestic Staffing Division

A native New Yorker, Jeslie fell in love with organizations dedicated to serving the common good as a teenager. Fast forward 9 years later, Jeslie is Head of Domestic Staffing Division at the Belle Maison Agency with a high interest in helping build the most effective elite Domestic Staffing and Lifestyle Management Agency possible. Jeslie has successfully assisted businesses to unearth their perfect hires, while remaining deeply devoted to giving back through organizations such as Minds Matters, Los Angeles, Chrysalis Los Angeles and many other non-profits throughout the southern California area.

On Jeslie’s free time, you can find Jeslie attending events, meditating, reading, exploring Los Angeles or spending quality time with her loved ones.

With over 20 years experience in Real Estate and Asset Management, Carolyn Hori has worked with Fortune 500 and nationally recognized real estate companies along with a myriad of high net worth family offices. Throughout her extensive real estate tenure she has done it all from Asset
Management, Investments, Real Estate Management and Sales- all with undeniable charisma and a firm handshake. As a California Real Estate broker, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Carolyn’s diverse experience and leadership can conquer any project.

Carolyn holds a BA from UCLA in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Psychology. Carolyn is a mentor for the Fulfillment Fund and an avid adventure seeker.
