Gold’s career began with a strong foundation in corporate finance as a top-rated advisor, which later expanded into high-profile estate management and personal assistance roles. Her expertise in handling the unique logistical and personal demands of ultra-high-net-worth families naturally led to the creation of Riveter Consulting Group in Los Angeles. Since then, her company has grown from a boutique staffing agency into a comprehensive service hub that simplifies life for those at the pinnacle of industry.

Under her leadership, Riveter Consulting offers a unique model that goes beyond staffing, including payroll services, customized homeschooling solutions, and complete co-employment support. A U.S. Marine Corps-trained paralegal and graduate in Management from Park University, Gold blends resilience with grace in her approach. With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Asset Management, Carolyn Hori has worked with Fortune 500 and nationally recognized real estate companies along with a myriad of high net-worth family offices. Throughout her extensive real estate tenure, she has done it all, from Asset Management and Investments to Real Estate Management and Sales, all with an undeniable charisma and a firm handshake. As a California Real Estate broker with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, who is also an Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Carolyn’s diverse experience and leadership can conquer any project.

Athina has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from The American College of Thessaloniki, Greece, with a background in interior design, marketing, event planning, and high-level sales.

Her experience as a Personal Assistant and Live-in Nanny for high-profile families in NY and Europe inspired her interest in human resources and recruiting. This contributes to her understanding of the importance of finding the right fit.

Skilled in building strong trust and rapport with clients, she brings a high level of customer service and attention to detail to her role, along with the goal of meeting and exceeding client and candidate expectations.

Jennifer Rose Aronson

Jennifer Rose Aronson is a native-born Los Angelino turned world-citizen.
Over a 20-year time span, she’s adventured across multiple continents and lived in over 5 countries. Her passion for travel dovetailed with her natural gift and emphatic joy for raising children, which led to a beautiful 18+ years in the field of nannying, family and personal assisting, executive assisting, and house managing for elite UHNW clients on a global scale.

She received her B.A. in Communications, a minor in Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and began an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica.

Her unwavering optimism, genuine love for humanity, and ability to excel in detailed, organized communications meld seamlessly with her creative and specifically tailored approaches; meeting both Clients and Candidates where they are, to ensure phenomenal results.
