Gold is an experienced entrepreneur in the business world. In 2011, she created one of the most high-profile domestic and corporate recruitment agencies in Los Angeles, California, providing support to elite entertainers, athletes, and prominent families in the area.

Before founding the Belle Maison Agency, Gold spent many years serving corporate clients as a respected and award-winning financial advisor, then moved on to servicing high-profile domestic clients as a personal assistant and estate manager.

This included providing 24/7 care, being entrusted with critical financial accounts, and maintaining the utmost discretion in handling individual and estate resources. Such work required intensive logistical oversight, strategic management, and interpersonal communication—a powerful combination of skills, which she now employs on behalf of families she services nationwide.

Gold holds a B.S. in Management from Park University, and achieved certification as a top-graduating Marine Corps Paralegal, in addition to a Series 6, 63, Life insurance license and financial consultant registration. She remains heavily involved in the Southern California community, tirelessly contributing her time and energy to numerous nonprofits and child enrichment organizations.

Jeslie, a native New Yorker, possesses a unique combination of intuitive foresight, organizational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of lifestyle management, Jeslie is passionate about art, the ways in which technology can shape the future and fish-keeping.

With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Asset Management, Carolyn Hori has worked with Fortune 500 and nationally recognized real estate companies along with a myriad of high net-worth family offices. Throughout her extensive real estate tenure, she has done it all, from Asset Management and Investments to Real Estate Management and Sales, all with an undeniable charisma and a firm handshake. As a California Real Estate broker with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, who is also an Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Carolyn’s diverse experience and leadership can conquer any project.

Athina has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from The American College of Thessaloniki, Greece, with a background in interior design, marketing, event planning, and high-level sales.

Her experience as a Personal Assistant and Live-in Nanny for high-profile families in NY and Europe inspired her interest in human resources and recruiting. This contributes to her understanding of the importance of finding the right fit.

Skilled in building strong trust and rapport with clients, she brings a high level of customer service and attention to detail to her role, along with the goal of meeting and exceeding client and candidate expectations.

Jennifer Rose Aronson


Jennifer Rose Aronson is a native-born Los Angelino turned world-citizen.
Over a 20-year time span, she’s adventured across multiple continents and lived in over 5 countries. Her passion for travel dovetailed with her natural gift and emphatic joy for raising children, which led to a beautiful 18+ years in the field of nannying, family and personal assisting, executive assisting, and house managing for elite UHNW clients on a global scale.

She received her B.A. in Communications, a minor in Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and began an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica.

Her unwavering optimism, genuine love for humanity, and ability to excel in detailed, organized communications meld seamlessly with her creative and specifically tailored approaches; meeting both Clients and Candidates where they are, to ensure phenomenal results.

Shila is a graduate of the Bachelor of Creative Industries at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Her educational background has given her a unique perspective on problem-solving and creativity, which she uses to help her clients find the best candidates for their needs. With a background of working as the first point of contact in production coordination, business administration, and as an executive assistant in the entertainment, legal, medical, hospitality, and retail industries, she has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients and accommodating to their various needs.

Shila is known for her efficient adaptability and problem-solving skills, her exceptional attention to detail, and her ability to connect with people. She is a natural communicator, and her empathetic and compassionate nature allows her to quickly build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Shila is a highly driven individual who is committed to providing great results that exceed the expectations of both her clients and candidates.
