A single mother of a six and seven-year-old boy and girl is seeking a Family Assistant for weekends and some additional days and evening when requested. The ideal assistant will available to jump in and assist the mother when needed. The family has a full-time nanny and housekeeper Mon-Friday. Candidates will be required to travel occasionally for weekend get-aways. The ideal candidate wants to be an integral part of the family and assist the mother; however she needs help.

Schedule:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 9am -5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide childcare for two children when needed if mother or nanny is busy
  • Assist with pet care for a German Shepard/Corgie – including walking and feeding the dog
  • Make children’s beds, tidy-up around the house, load dishwasher
  • Run errands (vehicle provided)
  • Keep house organized
  • Meal and food prep (cooking skills preferred)
  • Plan activities for children on weekends
  • Shop for groceries at farmers market and grocery store

Qualifications:

  • Must love kids and dogs
  • Positive / happy / pleasant / clean
  • Street smart – safety / security / confidentiality
  • Safe driver – comfortable driving large family vehicle like Sprinter Van

Compensation

$ 25- $30 Payroll
