Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, energetic, and intuitive Personal Assistant to support a UHNW Executive in the Bay Area. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar type of role, ideally supporting a CEO or UHNWI with Personal Assistant tasks. This role would work closely with other members of the Executive’s team including the EA, office staff, and home staff. This is a true personal assistant role, with minimal EA tasks

This is a full-time job, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible outside of business hours in case of an emergency. 24/7 for all emergencies via text or phone

Responsibilities are (but not limited to): personal calendar management, family calendar management, scheduling all doctor and personal appointments, personal email management, travel arrangements for personal and business, creating detailed itineraries, bill paying and expense management, inventory management, packing/unpacking for trips, liaising with vendors/contractors, event planning, personal shopping, pet care, and running miscellaneous errands as needed! Candidates must be tech-savvy, polished, and professional

Requirements: The position is mostly remote, with visits to the home as needed. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is always 10 steps ahead and understands how to optimize the time of a very busy individual. Must have excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to work primarily by text while actively anticipating needs. This role will mostly be remote but candidates must be available to meet with the CEO or executive team as needed. Must be in close proximity to the Woodside area, relocation assistance is provided


$120-150k + DOE, excellent benefits & bonus structure
