Riveter Consulting Group is now seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy, discreet and organized full-time Personal Assistant/House Manager to work supporting two busy, dynamic entrepreneurs (clients). Takes complete responsibility for handling broad-ranging responsibilities in support of clients’ personal matters, households, properties and travel. Works remotely from their own home, clients’ homes and other locations. Health insurance and paid vacation included. Ideal candidate adapts quickly and demonstrates flexibility as timelines and priorities change, sometimes at a moment’s notice. It provides a high degree of attention and responsiveness to the needs of the clients. Must be able to multitask and handle last-minute requirements quickly, efficiently and effectively no matter the day or hour. Over time, be able to anticipate and meet clients’ needs proactively. Must be resourceful to handle any task quickly, discretely and thoroughly, no task can be too big or too small. Must love dogs and the beach. Helpful to like music, be health-conscious and enjoy outdoor activities

TBD, 24/7, Working remotely or where needed

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee the personal needs of two clients and provide support for personal households and multiple properties
  • Purchase and stock groceries, household supplies, and other items as requested
  • Handle extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including private flights, accommodations, ground travel, packing luggage, and itinerary/travel document preparation
  • Schedule home maintenance/repair work and supervise all projects
  • Provide day to day dog care and exercise, arrange for and oversee veterinary visits
  • Serve as liaison between clients’ investment properties and property management company
  • Plan and coordinate private events such as parties and dinners (sometimes with very short notice.)
  • Pay household and personal bills and prepare monthly statements relating to credit card purchases
  • Manage and schedule other household staff, such as housekeepers, landscapers, pool maintenance, and other vendors as needed
  • Light house cleaning duties such as changing linens, washing dishes, and tidying up after stocking the homes. Wash, fold and put away laundry
  • Handle dry cleaning as needed
  • Arrange land and water vehicle maintenance as needed
  • Schedule personal appointments as requested
  • Run errands and perform tasks as needed
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, including House Management
  • Minimum 4-6+ years’ experience arranging luxury travel including private flights (plane, jet, helicopter)
  • 2+ years of construction and/or property management experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and highly accurate
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and different personalities
  • Ability to anticipate the next steps and quickly find solutions to problems as they arise
  • Ability to manage home A/V electronics (e.g. tv, audio, internet, cable), home security system, A/C system, etc.
  • Must have experience caring for dogs
  • Must have Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
  • Must be able to use personal vehicle to drive to/from locations as needed
  • Must be able to work remotely from your own home and clients’ homes as needed
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must be able to climb several floors with ease
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy
  • Must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be available all days and hours (day, nights, weekends, holidays) as needed
  • Must be able to travel on short notice, as needed
  • Must pass a Background Check and DMV check

Compensation

  • DOE, $70-$85k/year Payroll
  • 100% Health insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation
