Riveter Consulting Group is assisting a wonderful family in Sarasota, FL to unearth a skilled Groundskeeper/Animal Caretaker. The position will initially be live-out, with plans to transition to live-in once a detached living space is built on the property. *** MUST LOVE ANIMALS- Must have experience working on a farm caring for animals!

Schedule

The schedule involves working five days per week with two days off, though flexibility on workdays is essential

Responsibilities include caring for the barn, barn animals, house pets, managing landscaping across 15 acres (mowing, tree trimming, raking, fertilizing, weeding, planting, and maintaining flower beds or decorative features), cleaning the pool, and handling repairs or maintenance independently (including equipment, fences, and outdoor furniture).

Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a formal household. The ideal candidate is clean, organized, empathetic, trustworthy, proactive, resourceful, independent, hardworking, hands-on, and an excellent communicator.

Compensation

$70,000-85,00/year, depending on experience
