Riveter Consulting Group’s client is looking for a full-time Junior Personal Attendant/Assistant to work on-site at their residence in Orange County. The ideal candidate is interested in starting a career as a Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude and service mindset.

Schedule

Typically 5 days per week, 40 – 55 hours/week.
There’s full daytime coverage, with a rotating schedule between 3 Personal Attendants, with 2 on-site at all times. Must be flexible to work any 5 days of the week depending on the week’s schedule, which will be determined in advance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with a large household staff
  • Closely track the principal’s schedule
  • Communicate reminders for appointments and meetings to the principal and assist with preparations
  • Correspond with other assistants regarding the timing and progress of meetings and appointments
  • Set up Zoom meetings
  • Schedule physical therapy and other personal appointments
  • Accompany the principal to meetings outside of the residence, taking notes and assisting along the way
  • Occasionally travel with the principal domestically and internationally
  • Online shopping and ordering for the client and gifts
  • Assemble gift baskets and other physical packages

Requirements:

  • Local to Orange County
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle to commute
  • Fluent English
  • Very flexible schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clear background and verifiable references
  • Previous administrative/assistant experience with calendaring and scheduling

Compensation

DOE, $25/hr
