Riveter Consulting Group’s client is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to primarily work out of the office with a team, and run personal errands. The office is located in Washington, DC, and the client’s home is located in Northern Virginia; errands will be in this area. This candidate must be extremely flexible with their schedule, having the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Strong understanding of travel logistics and research skills required.


Office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, although a need for flexibility to work longer hours, events, occasional weekends, and travel is needed

Executive Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the coordinator for a practice group in the office
  • Coordinate business travel for the practice group; book flights, hotels, etc.
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Handling reimbursements
  • Scheduling and managing the calendar for the group
  • Organizing meetings and luncheons
  • Coordinating events for the group domestically and internationally
  • Sourcing vendors for large-scale events
  • Research related to business, events, and travel coordination

Personal Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate personal travel arrangements for the client and their family; book flights, hotels, transportation, etc.
  • Running errands for the client and their family as needed
  • Occasionally picking up a family member from an activity
  • Managing the client’s personal calendar
  • Coordinating private events for up to 50 people and sourcing vendors
  • Research related to family activities, events, and travel coordination


  • Experience working a hybrid Executive/Personal assistant role for a private client
  • Prior experience coordinating large events and sourcing vendors
  • Strong internet research and communication skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, WhatsApp, SMS
  • Proficiency in Arabic language is a huge plus


DOE $90,000 to $100,000/year
