Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a Housekeeper/Server to support our client, a UHNW family in Beverly Hills, CA. This role requires a very high level of attention to detail and flexibility. We are looking for someone highly organized, very professional, and a true team player. The role will report to the House Manager and encompasses all housekeeping, meal service, and pet care. Travel to New York is required for this role as well

Schedule

Wednesday – Sunday or Tuesday – Saturday, 7-2pm or 2-7pm, with flexibility as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and maintain daily housekeeping services including inspections of the property to ensure all areas are clean, organized and maintained.
  • Utilize daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping checklists to physically complete all checklist items
  • Steam Master Bedroom linens daily
  • Laundry and linen care related tasks
  • Routinely organize closets including clothing, coat, and luggage
  • Changing linens according to the bedding schedule and standards
  • Reconcile laundry with outside cleaners
  • Running errands as needed including grocery shopping
  • Maintain the integrity of household art and rare/unique/collectible items in conjunction with all staff members
  • Serve as the “aesthetic” eyes of the households focused on preserving the aesthetic and architectural integrity of the households
  • Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation
  • Set table setting based on the needs of the meal
  • Serve and cleanup after family meals, business meetings, and special events
  • Serve appetizers, drinks, and dinner for formal and informal dinners, parties, or at-home meetings
  • Receive guests upon arrival as requested
  • Packing and unpacking as requested
  • Care for family animals and their needs
  • Monitor specific diet and pre-approved snacks as requested
  • Manage medication administration
  • Daily walks, occasional grooming as needed

Requirements:

  • Much have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong character, ethics and integrity
  • Polished and professional image
  • Flexible schedule as needed
  • Ability to use discretion and confidentiality
  • Eye for detail
  • Organizational, management, and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve with can-do attitude and little guidance
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds

Compensation

DOE, $40-50/hr + benefits
