Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a Housekeeper for our client, a lovely UHNW family in Bel Air, CA. This role is mainly focused on cleaning/organizing the estate and other occasional responsibilities as it relates to the home. This role works closely with other household staff, including other housekeepers and a Personal Assistant. This is a really special opportunity to work for a kind, gracious family that is looking for someone to stay with them long-term. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Schedule

10a-7p (Tues-Sat) or 9a-5p (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed cleaning and organization of a large home
  • Understanding of cleaning fine materials and furniture
  • Laundry experience
  • Occasional errands when needed
  • Helping to prepare the home for events/parties and staying to help out when needed
  • Pet care
  • Working alongside the other housekeepers as a team
  • Working with the Personal Assistant and maintenance company for care/needs of the home
  • More as needed in the Housekeeper’s capacity

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Housekeeping role for a similar type of UHNW family in a large home
  • Must love dogs and children
  • Must have a car (and insurance)
  • Must be a US citizen and have excellent references, as well as pass an extensive background check
  • Must be vaccinated against covid-19
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!

Compensation

$30+/hour DOE
