Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting a client in Austin, TX to unearth an experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communication with principals
  • Collaboration with staff
  • Professional communication with vendors
  • Source and hire new staff and vendors as needed
  • Take household inventory & restock
  • Household organizational projects
  • Oversee renovations and construction projects
  • Administrative duties, paying bills, filing paperwork
  • Calendar coordination
  • Event coordination
  • Light housekeeping
  • Errands
  • Assistance with dog care

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a private household in a similar House Manager or Family Assistant position that involved sourcing and hiring staff and vendors for the household and projects
  • Billing experience in previous employment
  • Strong organizational skills; home organization and administrative
  • Team player with collaborative mindset working with other staff including chef, nannies, housekeepers, and vendors
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle to run errands
  • Tech savvy
  • Professional verbal and writing communication skills
