Riveter Consulting Group is looking to hire a Head of Marketing Role. The ideal candidate will assist in the development of CEE’s marketing and social media strategy to strengthen CEE’s culture, generate sales leads and drive applications to and development within CEE’s field staff roster. Ideally the candidate will be located on the East Coast strong preference to Florida and New York. Should be fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and track marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice ○ Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management with Recruitment and Sales departments
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, recruitment and sales campaigns and developing partner channels and relationships for such
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, and educate CEE departments regarding them
  • Setting processes in place with documentation for repeatable and scalable marketing efforts
  • Administration:

  • Actioning on delegated emails per direction of supervisor and taking initiative on opportunities within CEE’s standards and values
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations ○ Act as the point of contact among executives and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner ○ Process documents such as fee proposals, letters of agreements, reports, contracts, and forms
  • Coordinate meetings, respond to invitations, schedule appointments and meetings (both external and internal) and maintain calendar accordingly ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare, maintain and manage client correspondence and client relationships
  • Receiving inquiries from across the business and proactively seeking resolution
  • Special Projects Support:

  • Other tasks as needed per supervisor
  • Ad-hoc assignments supporting the business across departments
  • Traveling to meet with clients or to work events in developing or current markets

Compensation:

$65,000 offer $2,500 toward health
