Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting a client in Shelter Island, New York to unearth a full-time, year-round, live-out Groundskeeper/Houseman to join their team.

Schedule

The role involves varied duties, so they are looking for someone with general knowledge of HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. The client is willing to train the right candidate with the assistance of their chief engineer. The ideal candidate should be willing to assist with all outdoor needs, including setting up patio furniture, assisting housekeepers, performing daily walk-throughs, and scheduling repairs. Driving and care care may also be required! waterfront property knowledge or experience in yachting a plus!

They employ a small, full-time, year-round team, so the candidate must be a team player, willing to assist with any task needed to keep the home running smoothly. The clients are a couple . The position guarantees 40 hours per week during the summer season. Weekend work will be required, but during the off-season, the role can transition to a standard Monday through Friday schedule. They are looking for someone local to Shelter Island or within commuting distance and seeking a long-term position

Compensation
