Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting a growing family in Dorado Beach, PR to unearth a full-time Executive
Housekeeper/House Manager. This can be a live-in or live-out position and they are open to relocation candidates (who have lived or worked in PR before). Live-in accommodations can be provided – separate from the home a separate apartment nearby. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 or 6 PM and at least one weekend per month would be needed with two days off during the week. Duties will include; detailed cleaning, laundry, organizing, errands, shopping, light childcare if needed (they have a nanny.) They would also be needed to manage any vendors or contractors, scheduling appointments, managing the nannies, and assisting the parents with any household related task. They are looking for someone professional who has worked in a similar role. They are also looking for someone who can take charge and knows what needs to be done including creating manuals for the property, and managing any other household staff. They do have a cleaning team that comes once a week to do a cleaning of the home. The candidate must be able to assist with cleaning outdoor furniture. Must be dog friendly and love children. Should be fluent in English and Spanish, must be able to drive and assist with cooking meals.
