Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Executive Housekeeper for a couple who recently moved to Paradise Valley. This position requires a candidate who can ensure the smooth operation of the household, has experience in high-end settings, and can manage various responsibilities with attention to detail and discretion. The professional housekeeper will oversee general cleaning of the 6,000 sq. ft. ranch-style house and attached guest house. Must be able to provide day to day tasks per the principal’s request and be able to assist within the scope of executive-level tasks, including comfortability with running errands, keeping track of vendors and projects, and welcoming guests.

Schedule

Full-time position Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

  • Resort style housekeeping
  • Be adaptable and flexible in the work schedule to meet the couple’s needs
  • Ensure smooth running of the household
  • Ensure that every aspect of the home reflects a high-end living experience
  • Experience with luxury furnishings and couture clothing
  • Manage communication with vendors for various services, including dry cleaning, maintenance, and other household needs
  • Develop relationships with vendors and ensure high-quality service
  • Manage any necessary maintenance or repairs and notify the principle
  • Welcome guests and oversee guest experience to ensure they are well taken care of
  • Make trips to nearest grocer, keep snacks stocked in pantry and ready for visits from guests
  • Feeding 5 lb. puppy twice a day and ensuring its well-being will be needed when the principal is away
  • Handle any sewing or seamstress tasks related to clothing maintenance and ensure that all garments, accessories and shoes are in impeccable condition

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting
  • Familiarity with high-profile and upscale living standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of luxury clothing care, fine furniture maintenance, and resort-level housekeeping
  • Understanding of pet care, especially for small dogs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Compensation
