Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a Housekeeper for our client, a lovely UHNW family in Miami, FL. This role is mainly focused on cleaning/organizing the estate and other occasional responsibilities as it relates to the home. This role works closely with other household staff, including other housekeepers and a Personal Assistant. This is a really special opportunity to work for a kind, gracious family that is looking for someone to stay with them long-term. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Housekeeping
  • Must be willing and able to travel with the family between Miami, FL and Southampton, NY
  • Background supporting UHNW families and/or luxury properties
  • Pet friendly
  • Reliable transportation
  • Child oversight experience (current principal has two teen children)
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed cleaning and organization of a large home
  • Deep cleaning
  • Understanding of cleaning fine materials and furniture
  • Laundry experience
  • Occasional errands when needed
  • Helping to prepare the home for events/parties and staying to help out when needed
  • Pet care
  • Working alongside the other housekeepers as a team
  • Working with the Personal Assistant and maintenance company for care/needs of the home
  • Organizing closets and pantries
  • Stocking cleaning and household supplies
  • Light serving/dining support
  • Light meal preparation, as needed

Schedule

M-F 9AM-5PM or 2PM-10PM, Sa + Sa 10AM-6PM or 2PM-10PM. 2 consecutive days off a week (days do vary week over week and times can be subject to change)

Compensation

$35-40/hour, with a full comprehensive benefits package
