Riveter Consulting Group is seeking a prestigious Executive Housekeeper to join a formal white-glove service, 5-star hospitality-focused Estate. This candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in large fully staffed UHNW estates. Prior experience in an estate with fine art, antiques, and valuable collectables is a MUST. Longevity is also very important to the principal as their prior two housekeepers were with the family for 23 and 15 years. Attention to detail is mandatory and extreme thoroughness, proper etiquette, knowledge of how to use an Estate Manual is key. There are many components to this estate, therefore the Executive Housekeeper will also be working closely with the property manager to ensure the estate is running smoothly. The right candidate will also be extremely discrete, know how to step in and out, while also being very personable, organized and methodical. The Executive Housekeeper must be able to make the principals, vendors, family, and guests feel at ease, while maintaining an extremely high level of professionalism and nuance.

Time: 8:00 – 4:30 ½ hour lunch

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in housekeeping in Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) estates and understanding the dynamics of their operations
  • Prior experience using Estate Manuals and following a precise protocol
  • Fully staffed white-glove, 5-star hospitality experience
  • Longevity in prior housekeeping roles
  • Discrete, team-oriented, proactive
  • Proficiency in deep cleaning, disinfecting, and organization
  • Demonstrates professionalism and loyalty
  • Prior experience with fine art, collectibles, and antiques mandatory
  • Thorough knowledge of products and proper use

Responsibilities:

  • Provide white-glove 5-star level service
  • Support the property manager with vendor relations
  • Seamlessly integrate and collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the household
  • Maintain the organization and upkeep of the residence, ensuring that it remains organized and clean even while principals are presence
  • Proactive and attentive to details
  • Able and willing to clean high areas within the home
  • Laundry, dishes, making beds, general tidying, and heavy cleaning
  • Ensure house is properly cleaned and tidy, including seasonal deep cleaning
  • Work with Property Manager on household maintenance needs and vendor management
  • Assist in finding help when services are needed for coordinating/directing vendors such as plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.

Compensation

Salaried position DOE, 6 paid holidays: New Years, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day or Memorial Day (you choose)
