Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting a client to unearth an Administrative assistant in NYC, Midtown. This will be supporting the office and the CEO and work closely with the executive and personal assistant. This individual will also provide administrative support to the chief of staff and estate manager on an ad hoc basis. They are looking for someone who has a mindset of every task is critical, the team is responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, and a 24/7 mindset with no task is too small mentality. Responsibilities include; tracking events and upcoming travel, creating and managing process throughout the office, making and tracking purchases, research and reporting related to the family, travel, events, back up coverage on nights and weekends for the executive and personal assistant, and managing any personal matters. Must be local to New York City, have at least five years of relevant experience as an assistant to a C suite executive, undergraduate degree required, manage a heavy workload, impeccable communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a focus on project management and white glove support. MUST BE LOCAL, long term references!
