Riveter Consulting Agency is now hiring a full-time Virtual Executive Assistant for Entrepreneur located in Washington, D.C. Your role is to support a very busy author and motivational speaker who travel 90% of the time. Our client’s ideal assistant is someone independent and professional who has experience heavy travel booking and ever-changing calendar.

Schedule:

  • The ideal candidate understands the 24/7 mentality, although the average work-week is 40 hrs. This assistant will work in tandem with the house manager to ensure the author’s home life is also seamless.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Principal’s calendars
  • Traveling and live events (in future)
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Manage email communications and correspondence
  • Assist with social media management
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and positive
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent recent professional references required
  • Must own a driver’s license
  • Clean driving record & criminal histories
