Belle Maison Agency is now hiring an Executive Assistant to CEO in Vernon. Our client’s ideal Executive Assistant is exceedingly detailed, intelligent and immensely organized. Start date is ASAP. Telecommuting / remote working is not an option

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Time: TBD, flexible for lighter traffic schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Daily: mail sorting, bill prep, bills from mail or email, printing contracts and documents, filing, calendar management, light food purchasing once a week, comparing bids from contractors, manage Art being cleaned by art handlers, manage office being cleaned by housekeeping sending, some Personal Assistant duties, ie. ordering food and office supplies, stocking, etc., visit additional factories as needed
  • Special projects; involving legal requested, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, hr notification and liaison between hr, bill reconciliation, know expense reports. Liaison between, obtaining documents from filing or department and organizing, obtaining documents from finance and responding to claims, finding art for office wall review it with CEO then order and arrange with maintenance to get installed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting an Executive team
  • Must have extensive experience with calendar management and call coordination
  • Exceedingly detailed-oriented
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Proven history of reliability with no attendance issues
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate-level computer skills (MS Office)
  • College degree is a plus

Compensation :

  • $60-$80k, Payroll
