Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring a Personal Assistant for ultra-high-net-worth Beverly Hills residence. This role will be a constant evolution so this description is an idea of what you could be tasked with but not limited too
Responsibilities: (Personal Assistance & Special Projects)
- Assist with errands as needed
- Drive principal as needed (car will be provided)
- Implement systems improvements/efficiency in the principal’s personal life
- Schedule personal appointments (medical, dinners, exercise)
- Pack/unpack principal for trips
- Help with events (i.e. baby showers, birthday parties)
- Manage to ship of personal items, travel bags, gifts, etc. in between properties
- Work closely with primary principal’s Personal Sr. Assistant
- Research latest health and exercise trends
- Assist Personal Sr Assistant with tasks when the principal is traveling and requires less daily tasks
- Drive to locations for events to drop personal items off in advance (i.e. Coachella, Burning Man) (Household Management)
- Grocery shopping and setting up fresh juice delivery a few
- Send out and recover laundry and dry cleaning
- Purchase all household goods and supplies when Personal Sr. Assistant or principal requests
- Purchase clothing or home goods as needed
- Monitor expirations of items in the home (i.e. medications, foods, vitamins, etc)
- Ensure (parakeet) is fed and always has fresh water
Desired Characteristics & Qualifications:
- Must have meticulous attention to detail and be highly organized
- Able to successfully coordinate workflows with Personal Sr. Assistant and other staff members as needed
- Tech savvy and fluent in Mac OS, Google Apps / Calendar / Drive / Sheets/ Docs and mobile technologies
- Team player who is comfortable with ambiguity
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Willingness to drive all types of vehicles (i.e. car, u-haul truck, van, SUV)
- Clean driving record with CA driver's license
- Professional and personable with excellent people/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated; must work well independently and be self-directed
- Must take a proactive and anticipatory approach; predict what could wrong and plan appropriately
- Strong written skills; able to professionally represent principal in all written communications
- Strong follow-up and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable, available to work on-call and able to respond to emergencies
- Diligent and dependable
- Trustworthy and discreet
Compensation
- $ 75k, +full benefits
