HIRING: Chef for HNW Family in Sherman Oaks

Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting an agency to unearth a talented Chef for a full-time position with a lovely HNW family. The family is based in Sherman Oaks, and is looking to hire someone who can cook lunch and dinner, M-F for three adults and two children (additional meals for house staff may be requested as well). The family entertains occasionally and will give notice to the chef in the event of additional guests joining meals. The family prefers someone who can prepare a variety of healthy meal options (clean, organic, etc), and someone who has experience with a wide repertoire of food styles (including Persian food).This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a truly lovely family, who is seeking someone to join their team long term. HIRING: Nanny for UHNW Family in Los Angeles

Riveter Consulting Group is now assisting an agency to unearth a high-level Nanny for immediate placement with an UHNW family in the LA area. Ideally, this role will start as a contract for the months of Sept/Oct and turn into full time. We are open to candidates who want contract placement (from now until November), or candidates who are seeking full-time permanent placement. The family is open to whoever is the best fit for the role, and are also open to live in or live out. The Nanny will be responsible for two children but will work alongside another Nanny as well as a full staff in the household.

We are seeking someone who can work from 7AM -7/8PM, M-Th. This is a special opportunity to work for an incredible family with a great reputation, although the role will start as a contract, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent role if desired. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, for a high net worth family in a very busy, fast-paced environment. This is a truly close-knit and dedicated household team, a special opportunity!

HIRING:House Manager for UHN Beverly Hills Estate

Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring an House Manager for UHN Beverly Hills Estate. This position will report to the Estates Director and is a full-time position with benefits. We are looking for someone with seasoned experience that thrives working on a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This position will manage the primary home and assist with a secondary property nearby. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, takes direction well, and will look forward to growing with the position as it evolves. Depending on whether the clients are in town or if there is a large project, the hours can change. Sometimes it will be the standard 9a-5p, and other times you will be expected to arrive early or stay late or both. While almost all employment in California is at-will, we treat the first three months of employment as a trial for a candidate and the employer to determine if it's the right fit.

HIRING:Vendor/Contractor for Houseman tasks

Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring Vendor/Contractor for Houseman tasks in Beverly Hills. The role is a 1099/vendor position (not benefits-eligible) and corresponds mainly with the HouseManager.We are looking for someone with moderate experience that thrives working in a team environment. We hope that the vendor maintains the exterior of the home, does the minor maintenance, occasionally assists with the interior, and runs errands as needed. Typically, we invite vendors on the property after 10 am on weekdays, however, the candidate will need to have schedule flexibility. The first three months is a trial period to determine if it's the right fit.

Schedule:

  • 20-30 hours a week
  • Preferred schedule is Mon-Friday 12 pm -5 pm, but exact hours can be flexible as long as a consistent schedule is maintained

Schedule:

Riveter Consulting Group is now hiring a Nanny for Los Angeles client based in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers, and has working in a fully staffed home before. The client is seeking a long-term nanny that will grow with this role. The family travels extensively domestically, and sometimes international so much be passport ready.

Schedule:

  • 24,48 or 72 hour live-in role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live-in childcare for 8 month old child
  • Travel domestic and international as needed

Qualifications:
