    Things to note:

  • 11 people (chef would = 12)
  • We need a vegetarian and gluten-free option for each meal
  • They are able to travel themself to/from Lake Arrowhead
  • They will have a private bedroom with a bathroom at the house
  • There is an assistant on-site who can help with setup and clean-up
  • Would like for this to include non-alcoholic drinks (we can make coffee ourselves)

Our client is looking for someone to work full-time and able to live on the property in separate housing. This will be working five days on with two days off on a rotational schedule. Principal is are looking for someone who has experience managing household staff, is detailed, organized, can drive, assist with scheduling, managing, and training new staff. Must be able to jump in and help as needed with cleaning, organizing, and any detailing that’s needed in the home. The estate is about 15,000 ft.² the client does entertain guests but otherwise, it is working for one person. Must have excellent references, able to undergo an extensive background check, and have flexibility with days and hours as needed must be local to the area.

This is a job for a seasoned pro or team with extensive property care experience. This job is multi-faceted and includes care of two large properties adjacent to each other that total 70 acres. Routine property care such as vehicle care, mowing, and handyman work in addition to vendor relations and oversight of projects. Should be willing to pitch in with other private service professionals employed on the properties to see that the needs of the family are met and exceeded! The homes are used at various times and all have pools, hot tubs, and additional recreational features and the right fit will have experience with those as well as smart home systems and basic knowledge of care and maintenance of plumbing, electrical and seasonal home preparations, and care. The start date is as soon as possible with the ability to wait for the right fit to give notice. The position offers a very generous benefits package.     First time parents are seeking a full-time, live-in travel nanny for their baby who is expected to arrive on September 21, 2021. The anticipated start date for this role is January 2022, as they will have a newborn care specialist for the first four months. The ideal candidate would be willing to care for the child six days a week and be open to changes, sometimes last-minute, within the schedule. The family spends January-March and July-September in Jackson and the rest of the year traveling (Caribbean, NYC, Italy, Japan, etc.). Must be energized, flexible and adaptable given their spontaneous lifestyleand be comfortable around a variety of people, as they love to entertain. Both parents work from home and plan to be hands-on. There are times when the nanny will have sole care and times when the parents will want one-on-one time with their child.The couple is hoping to welcome the nanny into their home as a contributing member of the family.
