Must send menu’s for approval in advance each week

Schedule:

  • Drop Off Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lunch, Dinner & Snacks for 6 days

Qualifications:

  • Training in the Culinary Arts
  • Car, driver’s license, auto insurance, and safe driving history

HIRING: Baby Nurse in Los Angeles

Belle Maison Agency is now hiring an additional Professional Infant Care Specialist for a high-profile Los Angeles residence. Our client’s ideal Baby Nurse is available to work 12-15 hours a day for a min. of 3 months but could extend to 6 months. Must be flexible, great at taking instructions, and a team player

Schedule:

  • Days: 2-3 days a week
  • Time: TBD (12-15 hour days)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time care for new-born

Qualifications:

  • Polished and professional
  • Fluent English speaker

  • Previous Baby Nurse experience including experience in international travel with past families
  • Have worked with a family for greater than 6 months (please be sure to specify the longest amount of time you have been with each family)
  • Are willing to work on a team of 2-3 baby nurses and do not insist upon being the lead nurse/staffing the other nurses
  • Are willing to work between 2-3 days a week (and potentially fill in with additional hours as needed)
  • Must have driver’s license & a clean driving record

Belle Maison Agency is now hiring an Executive Assistant to CEO in Vernon. Our client’s ideal Executive Assistant is exceedingly detailed, intelligent and immensely organized. Start date is ASAP. Telecommuting / remote working is not an option

Schedule:

  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Time: TBD, flexible for lighter traffic schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Daily: mail sorting, bill prep, bills from mail or email, printing contracts and documents, filing, calendar management, light food purchasing once a week, comparing bids from contractors, manage Art being cleaned by art handlers, manage office being cleaned by housekeeping sending, some Personal Assistant duties, ie. ordering food and office supplies, stocking, etc., visit additional factories as needed
  • Special projects; involving legal requested, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, hr notification and liaison between hr, bill reconciliation, know expense reports. Liaison between, obtaining documents from filing or department and organizing, obtaining documents from finance and responding to claims, finding art for office wall review it with CEO then order and arrange with maintenance to get installed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting an Executive team
  • Must have extensive experience with calendar management and call coordination
  • Exceedingly detailed-oriented

  • Proven history of reliability with no attendance issues

Schedule:

  • Days: Mondays, Thursdays and third day
  • Days: M-W-F
  • Time: 7am -2pm (21 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily pet care
  • Assist with feeding the dog
  • Accompany dog to appointments and physical therapy
  • Transport dog to and from daycare
  • Ice dog as needed
  • Run errands as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must love dogs
  • Great time management skills
  • Previous pet care experience
  • Min. of three years of in-home Personal Assistant experience
