HIRING: Houseman needed for UHNW Family in
Miami, FL

Our client, an UHNW family in the Miami area, is seeking to hire an experienced, hands-on Houseman who is an energetic, flexible self-starter. The ideal candidate is able to communicate clearly, establish goals, and identify deadlines and solutions. To apply, candidates must have experience in the Houseman role, for a similar type of family, preferable for a large residence with some land. The Houseman will work closely with the family to oversee and manage household staff (housekeeper and nanny), and must love dogs! This role will also oversee some vendors on the property (gardener, pool cleaner, etc.), be able to run errands if needed (must have a safe car and insurance), as well as complete daily inspections of the property to present any issues to the principals. Duties will include:

When working at the main residence in Florida (typically between September to May/June), the Nanny should expect to work five days per week, with an average of 60 hours per week. When the Principals are not in residence in Florida, (typically between May/June to August), the Nanny will be expected to travel with the family, and sometimes for extended periods.
