Belle Maison Agency Staffing, the bespoke staffing agency founded by the charismatic entrepreneur Gold Mac Ivor, is being absorbed by Riveter Consulting Group. In addition to elite domestic staffing services, we will now be providing household management, relocation assistance and personalized services as we will continue to work alongside you to discern your unique requirements and deliver only the finest results.

Gold Mac Ivor initially founded Belle Maison Agency to fulfill all of your domestic staffing needs with an unmatched degree of excellence. After seven years of growth, we have become the most discerning choice for bespoke domestic staffing services in the LA area and beyond.

Our mission has always been to create ‘best fit’ work matches, whether you are a candidate seeking a new position with a family, or a client hiring the finest new employees for your household. We are thrilled to update you on the expansion and evolving direction of our business, as well as our official new name: Riveter Consulting Group (RCG).

Going forward all communication and our streamlined offerings will be under the name Riveter Consulting Group, LLC. Under the comprehensive RCG umbrella, we are integrating our existing staffing capacities with the relocation, organization, and estate management (for primary and secondary homes) services we have been providing high-profile clientele since our founding.

Approximately 80% of our job candidates are women, which is why we chose the name Riveter Consulting Group after the iconic ad campaign star Rosie the Riveter, who was not only the face of female employee recruitment during World War II but an image of feminist empowerment in the 1970s and 80s. Inspiring and preparing women for success has long been and remains a core value for our company, and, in the current era of female empowerment, we are especially proud of this commitment. At RCG, we welcome the talents of both women and men, with a keen eye for greatness and growth potential.
Riveter Consulting Group handles all types of staffing beyond the home and includes office personnel placements, including Personal, Executive, and Administrative Assistants, and Office Managers.
